TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A confirmation of registration will be sent to you upon receipt of registration form.
  • A full payment must be receive within 5 working days of invoice date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not receive on time.
  • Cancellations made in writting 2 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 90% refund of the fees paid. There will be no refund for cancellation made after the 2 weeks deadline. Alternatively substitution can be nominated.
  • A registered participant who does not submit a written cancellation or not attending the conference is still liable for any outstanding balances and will be billed the full conference registration fee.
